The Cooking Oil Chart
I like to cook which means that I really enjoy eating. You can’t get around using cooking oils and choosing the right one for the application is critical to good eating and healthy living.
As you can see on the chart, Olive oil (EVOO) is the all around best but there are others for those that use high temp frying or have troubles with cholesterol.
Palm oil is a great oil for high temp and is the lowest in bad LDL cholesterol.
